New Chef in Town: Edgar Beas and Lamb Saddle Recipe

Edgar Beas has been appointed executive chef of Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. With his new cooking philosophy, Chef Beas’ dishes pay homage to indigenous cooking practices that include the use of hot stones and branches from local trees and shrubs to infuse a smoky flavor into many of the Inn’s new meat dishes. Open Call for Entries for The Fence 2016 Photography Exhibition

THE FENCE is an annual outdoor photography exhibition series, with an annual audience of more than 3 million visitors. In it’s 5th edition this year, we’re pleased to announce the addition of a $5,000 cash prize for the Jury’s Choice Winner. New Chef’s Table at Luminaria Restaurant

Santa Fe's award-winning Luminaria Restaurant at the iconic Inn and Spa at Loretto, A Destination Hotel, announced on June 25 that it has launched a new Chef's Table. The eight globally inspired menu options designed by renowned Executive Chef Marc Quiñones will be offered to groups of 6-8 people at a private table near a roaring kiva fireplace on the romantic Luminaria patio.
